Looking for a lodge?

Ideal for nature-lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and self-catered. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than holiday homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.

++a bit remote area, but 500ms to 2 metro stations,no shop really close(next by cafe with small band of opening time),but very comfy parking, surprisingly quiet, all necessary things in the apartment and automated checkin was easy. With Bolt for 4-5Euros in 20-40mins to center(traffic in Bucharest might be hell) or 10mins footwalk to Metro and for 60Cents in 15Mins

It is a great new aparthotel, right in the city centre, really good price considering the facilities you get, nicely decorated room, something different than basic models of lodging people are usually used to, really nice design of the lobby, the pool, sauna and gym were great and acces is free as a client, also the bistro is cozy and welcoming.

The hotel is a cozy one surronded by some trees. A good lodge in a calm area of a big city. Metro and old town Bucharest could be the distance within some walking.

Rooms are uniquely styled and named, so can only comment on the French and Safari rooms...which were generously sized, had great showers and fast WiFi. Italian restaurant downstairs was very tasty, so also recommended if you don't want to go explore the area. Breakfast is served here too but, since it wasn't included in the room rate, we went elsewhere.

The environment at Friends Hostel is very welcoming. There's a lounge area on the top floor where people from all over the world gather around to exchange ideas and enjoy an environment of camaraderie that can only be matched by the attentive care of the staff on site. Friends Hostel is near all the sites to visit in Bucharest, as well as just a few blocks away from Gara de Nord; Bucharest's main train station. If you go to Bucharest, Friends Hostel is the place to go if you're looking for affordable lodging and a good time.
