The Aviation themed lodge was absolut amazing! Warren built a real, flying Mustang from a kit and was a source of perfectly detailed information on those planes! Highly recommended for every aviation enthusiast!

Warren and Julie were very pleasant. They were keen to provide the best service possible. The lodge is well appointed and has a lovely, peaceful feeling about it.
Host (Warren) was very friendly and accommodated our late arrival. Lovely breakfast and comfortable room. Lodge is very close to Thames and gorge for Pinnacles hike
I loved the soup that the host made for her husband that she share with us. I loved the host's friendliness. I LOVED Waiotahi Lodge and would go back if the opportunity arose. I have told lots of people about the lodge and hope that generates guests.
I can only recommend the lodge. Comfy beds, clean and big bathroom, clean kitchen that is equipped well enough for a few days stay and the hot tub is a nice addition too! Jeweline and Warren are great hosts.
I enjoyed my stay at the Lodge. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen facilities are good. The bathroom is very nice and the lounge for the guests is large and comfortable.
The Lodge was excellent- however the town itself lacks dining options or things to do. great view of the bay
