The Boulcott Lodge is located 5 minutes’ drive from historic Petone and is only 15 minutes from central Wellington. It is just a 5-minute walk to both Boulcott Hospital and Hutt Hospital.

Each air conditioned studio or apartment at Boulcott Lodge includes a Smart TV, heating and double-glazed windows. Apartments with a full kitchen, including oven and dishwasher, are available.

Stayed at the boulcott lodge before a concert in Lower Hutt. The room was lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Love how the rooms are set up and there were a few of our group staying there and we all got neighbouring rooms. Such a nice place.

    This is the 4th time we have stayed at BK's Motor Lodge in Petone. Each time, we love how clean, tidy and well set out the rooms are. We choose the spa bath so we can relax more. Bonus if you can book a sea view room too!

    Great reception from the staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I have been staying at Ava Lodge whenever I travel to Wellington on business and have never been disappointed. Easy walking to restaurants in Petone. It is well positioned for Hutt Valley, Petone and Ngauranga business purposes.

    Our stay at the Ava Lodge was great! We were very pleased with the quality of the room and the bed was super comfortable. There was also easy access for parking which is hard to find in Petone.

    On arrival receptionist was very welcoming and smiling she warmed our room up for us, was very helpful on directions we wanted to know and also on what the Lodge has to offer etc ... very nice young lady. The Lodge is very close to our Business Conference, our room was spacious and warm comfy lounge chairs nice kitchen fully equipped, beautiful water pressure in the shower clean, serviced daily.

    This is my 3rd time staying at Fernhill Motor Lodge. I was able to check in early since I arrived early into Wellington. Staff are friendly & love the room, it’s more a like studio unit which is clean, warm & comfortable. Not too far from Queensgate Mall. I will definitely be staying here again, Thank you Greatly Appreciated
