Looking for a lodge?

Ideal for nature lovers looking for a self-sufficient getaway, lodges are fully furnished and have kitchen facilities. Usually made of wood and surrounded by forests or mountains, lodges can be part of a group or a single unit. More remote than vacation homes, lodges are popular for safari trips.

I highly recommend the farm lodge for its sustainable and environmental practices. The food at the restaurant is excellent, great for families or if you prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of Central Amsterdam. Nicole and her husband are extremely accommodating considering their busy lives here 🙄

Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, eg suggestions where to eat. Very nice hotel and only 5 mins walk to the station, there a further 5mins into Amsterdam Centraal. Breakfast were very good. We would stay at Urban Lodge again.

Nothing. As it no longer existed. As we kept ringing the bell A neighbour that was entering the property told us the property had been sold. Booking.com Took payment. Claim lodged for a refund.

We had a small room with two beds; it was very clean and cosy, perfect for our family of three (the large bed was a little too soft, but otherwise the room was lovely). we also loved that the location of the Urban Lodge is located at a walking-distance to so many food places and the train station because it made travel so much easier. Lastly, we love the varied options for the breakfast - healthy and delicious, we didn't get bored eating the same thing every day like we usually do in other places.

I enjoyed my stay at the Train Lodge, the room was clean and the air was good. Hostel administrators were very attentive and helpful. There was a shower and hot water in the sink.

It was good. It was my fault that I didn't realize that the lodge is literally a train

The staff was exceptional, providing maps, suggesting great restaurants, holding are bags before check-in time, lovely breakfast and fellow lodgers were delightful.

The Lodge is a good choice if you’re on a budget and you want to be well connected with the city center.

Location and even though weather was dull and rainy the milieu of the Train Lodge was pretty. Quality-prize ratio is excellent, got a good sleep between days roaming outside. (Most of the) Staff were nice and helpful. Reception was open 24/7.
