    For this price, it is a great lodging! Only half an hour from the Colosseum, it is a quiet area where you will definitely have your rest. Everything was clean and tidy, the owners were nice and in case you needs anything, they were one message away :)

    The location close to Termini station was very convenient for a quick and overnight stopover while traveling to another destination. You can catch a fast train to Fiumicino Airport and be there in 30 minutes. The host, Fabio, was very responsive to all our needs. He met us at the entrance for our check-in. The room was very clean and comfortable. The communication via Whatsapp assured no problems and no stress checking in and out. I highly recommend this lodging to anyone.

    The space. Awesome for a family of 4 who had been sharing small hotel rooms and lodges for several weeks. The owner is so helpful. The teenagers loved having their own room . Walking distance to vatican and metro very close.
