Roc heights is a lovely guesthouse located in a very quiet and tranquil neighbourhood not far from the beach, local markets and other amenities. I was really struggling to find a small hotel/ guesthouse around Banjul as the big hotels aren't really for me so I was really happy to come across Roc Heights. Enormous, spotless, very comfortable rooms. Beautiful guesthouse and gardens and good value for money. Staff are lovely and very helpful!

The staff were all helpful and courteous - Ami, Awa, Fatima and the Gambian family whose husband/father helped lay the foundation made me feel welcomed. The location was central to getting all I needed. The property was kept immaculate. Easy to locate good signage.

We loved everything at this lodge !! It was our best stay in Gambia and we were very sad to leave. Not only is the location stunning (directly at a beautiful and quite beach) but also the treehouse was amazing as well as the staff being so very nice and forthcoming. We will definitely come back to experience again the peace, tranquility and beauty of this place and its people.
