Absolutely loved the exceptional customer service and the friendliness of everyone especially Nana and Kofi. Thank you so much for making our visit so comfortable and feel like we were at home. We will definitely be making Frederick's lodge our home when in Kumasi. Absolutely appreciated all of the home comforts of a comfortable bed, great WiFi, great shower and delicious food to mention just a few. Loved the rooftop bar and the swimming pool.
All meals including breakfast was very tasty and of good portions. Breakfast buffet menu was varied daily with great options. The staff by the buffet table were very prompt and attentive. Location of the lodge was just perfect for me.
The food is very good, and the room is clean. I like this clam Lodge.
