Lodge guests have use of the meadow tipi with a fire pit. Yurt guests have access to the communal hot tub and shared outdoor seating area, which includes a fire pit and play area for boules and swing ball.

The Lodges and Yurts have a cooking facility with bedding provided. There is no electricity.

Fantastic place, the whole family enjoyed the stay. The walks, the hot tub and the Sauna! Just beautiful!

    Location was amazing not enough lighting given 2 rechargeable lights but could have done with 4 of those . 3 bottles of champagne for 2 lodges was a lovely touch for New years Eve.

    The lodge had everything you could need and was furnished to a very high standard. The staff at reception were also very friendly and helpful, and keen to ensure we were comfortable.

    Everyone connected to the Swinton Estate was helpful and friendly. The tree lodges at Swinton Bivouac were just magical. Candlelight, wood fires and hot tubs under the trees. Loved it!
