We stayed for my husband's birthday. The lodges are beautiful. Decorated and finished to a very high standard. The free-standing bath in the bedroom was an extra treat. We were very comfortable and could have stayed for longer. We had an evening meal at the restaurant and the food was amazing. Lots of choice , very tasty and high-quality ingredients. We would absolutely recommend for a weekend away.

We stayed in one of the lodges: fantastic views over fields to the hills. Roe deer wondered past checking out the apple trees and a rabbit and a hare were grazing right outside our window. There’s also a great nature trial running through the grounds. The main building is a very attractive old Manor House. Comfortable room with king size bed. Great breakfast. Roaring fire in the lounge.

Lovely one night stay. We had one of the one room lodges outside the main building. It appeared to have been recently and very tastefully refurbished to a high standard with full en suite bath and large walk-in shower. All the facilities we needed including a Nespresso machine. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again.
