Amazing hotel. Favourite hotel if the trip. Staff were excellent and attentive. Breakfast was fabulous! Bar and communal balcony were great (recommend the passionfruit juice). Gorgeous outlook.
Location was perfect. Close to the action but on a quiet side street.
My partner was ill on arrival and they helped us check in quickly. Our room at the front of the hotel was a bit noisy (we were trying to sleep in the day due to illness) and they were able to move us to a quieter room at the end of the hall.
Best toilet paper too made it feel very luxurious.

Despite booking on short notice, our stay at the hotel in Sa Pa was delightful. While our room lacked direct daylight, it didn't detract from our overall experience.
The highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the massage session we had. Administered by the talented masseuse Queen, it was hands down the best massage we experienced throughout our entire trip. Queen's expertise truly shines through, making the experience incredibly rejuvenating. I'd return to this hotel just for another session with Queen!
Although the breakfast was satisfactory, it didn't quite reach the same level of excellence as the massage. However, the service throughout our stay was consistently kind and accommodating.
In conclusion, despite a few minor hiccups, our stay at this hotel in Sa Pa was thoroughly enjoyable, thanks in large part to the exceptional massage experience provided by Queen.

The location is central and 5’ walk to the town with plenty of food options and Sun Plaza. The junior suite we stayed would be better if we have a box of tissue similar to other hotels everywhere. Jenny arranged all our Sapa tours and 2-way limousine transfer from Hanoi. She is very helpful and reply quickly.
The hotel was quite generous offering us individual breakfast menu and specially cooked vegetarian menu.
Location is quite strategic in town so we could walk down to the center area where there is Sun plaza.
The hotel was incredibly nice. The location was very convenient, right next to Sun Plaza. There's a private entrance for hotel guests. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The swimming pool was gorgeous, the breakfast served was delicious. The gym was small but it had all the equipment needed for cardio and strength. Overall really enjoyed my stay!
As a female solo traveller, location is of the utmost importance. I want to feel safe walking back to my hotel in the evening, and the location of this hotel was perfect! It is also right across the street from Sun plaza which is where you catch the train to get to the cable car for Fansipan.
Hotel arranged my bus transfer from Hanoi airport to Sapa which was a VIP bus cabin. I was very happy with the bus company they chose. Hotel also arranged my trekking tour for the next day. The location is also excellent which is a short distance from the Sun Plaza.
The staff are so friendly and helpful! Even though sometimes we couldn't communicate well with the language barrier, they did their best to fulfil our requests. The room was huge and we had a nice balcony where we could enjoy some tea. My family loved the room too! The location is good, Sun plaza is within minutes of walking. We could get great massage beside the hotel as well.
