Such a lovely hotel. Perfect location. Great size room. Very quiet, despite being so central. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was very clean but the best thing about this place were the ladies who worked there. They were fabulous. Very professional and helpful, especially arranging a plug adapter so that I could charge my phone - nothing was too much trouble. Keep up the good work.

The staff at the reception went above and beyond for me. I had food poisoning from a meal outside and they did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend and come back again

This was the most exceptional hotel of our stay in Vietnam. We liked the food, the rooms, the paintings in the public areas, and the service.
