Everything was clean and prepared for our arrival, the staff members were amazing and very helpful, they made our stay very smooth and pleasent!
It was very handy that the hotel provided a second set of towels for the beach. The kitchen was fine as well, the variety of dishes was not the biggest, but the dishes offered were cooked really well, with a good balance of value and cost.
And I should mention that the pool area is amazingly good as well. Very comfortable, the water is clean and refreshing.
Also as an additional note we liked that the place has its own unique "color" in terms of interior design and decorations. Very cosy and it helped a lot during a heavy rain to keep up the miami vibes.

I loved the facade of resort but just be advised there will be fees prior to check in that our third party booking didn’t specify. The beach is an amazing perk the trade off will be that the Resort doesn’t include breakfast, the water faucets and shower heads were not working. Lack of towels and amenities for our stay. We know we could ask but it’s just better to have what we need before asking. Lack of hospitality.

I came for work but I always enjoy the places I visit. I love the path between the hotel and the beach to go jogging or walking. Every free hour I spent it at the beach. The swimming pool was closed so I couldn't use it.
There are lots of shops and restaurants near so you can go walking.

We would return to Miami Beach in the winter, we visited in May and it was too hot for us. We liked not having a car and using the free trolley and buses for Miami Beach.
We ate in several restaurants near by the Monte Carlo within a few blocks and were impressed by all the cuisine and the quality in the area. We went to South Beach a few times and enjoyed restaurants there as well.
We like the markets near by and enjoyed walking in the evenings on the board walk once it was cooler.
The beach was a pleasure with perfect water temperature and the sand so clean, soft, and white.

In short - the hotel to book in Miami if you are up and around during the daytime and wish to soak in the vibrant atmosphere in the nighttime.
I booked this thinking that I was booking through the hotel, but this was actually a rental with an individual owner. On the positive side of things: Great space in the room, includes a kitchen, ocean view and a spacious bathroom. Great pool and beach chairs with full service bar/restaurant at the pool and beach. It is north Miami beach so out of the chaos of South Beach if you are looking for peace and quiet. Very affordable rate compared to alternatives. The property is very beautiful.

The hotel is in a convenient location if you want to stay in Miami Beach but aren’t interested in the party scene. (My stay was in late January and the area might be more lively other times of the year.)
There’s a cute courtyard. It’s close to the beach and easy to access restaurants in North Beach and South Beach. The pool area is relatively small but is appropriately sized for property.
The staff were generally friendly and accommodating.
Location of the hotel is good, a full kitchen with all appliances were there. Washer dryer was present in the room. Very close to Lincoln Rd Mall and around a mile from the south beach which made a good morning walk for me and my family. Parking is on the premise, it is not free and it is very congested parking. The room had ample closet space, so thats a positive. The second room was very small , its more like a den with one single bed.
Wow what a great hotel. Have stayed in Miami Beach many times and this place was really the best. Fabulous super large and very comfortable room with wonderful views. Spent most of our time on the beach. Pools are small and over crowded but we were visiting in peak season I guess. The hotel has a great gym and a very nice coffee/breakfast/lunch resturant which we used during the day but would go out for dinner.
The best possible location in South Beach! A walk away from the hottest spots in Miami Beach. Super friendly staff. Bela, our activity leader, was amazing! The hostel organizes daily activities for the guests, in a way you’ll make friends from all over the world. Rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. Also, my locker was big enough to store all of my luggage. You won’t regret staying in Viajero!
I liked Pestana South beach hotel very much during my short stay in Miami Beach. The staff was polite, helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the beach, shopping area and in walking distance from spectacular Ocean drive. Yet, Pestana is in a quite street, so you will have a good night sleep in a comfortable clean cozy room.
Love the staff at the Betsy! They are the absolute best. The Porter especially. this hotel has this incredible “historic” vibe - almost Hemingway like - while being located prime South Beach - away from the fray, but close to everything and right off the beach. Breakfast is awesome as well. Nighttime music is always a joy.
Excellent hotel located in South Miami beach right on Collins Avenue. Great location for shops on Lincoln Drive and lass than 5mins walk to the beach, which was stunning. The hotel had a shared private beach area with Loews hotel, with towels and beds included, with only a small additional charge for the umbrellas.
Miami South beach is amazing. This superb Art deco Hotel was just perfect for our short visit to such an iconic place. The Hotel had preserved its atmosphere . breakfast was sitting on the frontage overlooking the beach area.
Parking was just behind the hotel and reasonably priced for two days, $40.
