I stayed at Sonder The Burnham for 3 weeks and had a great stay. It's located in the middle of Downtown Chicago close to Union Station. I had a large clean apartment with all the amenities I needed. There's a large well-equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, quiet air conditioner and a great bed. It was clean and there was not too much noise from the street, which can be an issue in Chicago, with the elevated metro lines. Large screen with Roku tv or HDMI connection and good Wi-Fi. Little to complain about, highly recommended!
Great location in Chicago loop, close to Union Station and L Train for access by public transport. Spotless room with soundproofed windows, and extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Made for 10/10 stay.
The property is in a convenient location for downtown close to the Willis Tower. We were taking a train from Union Station and it was only 5 mins walk away. It is also close to the blue line which comes in to the city from the airport. It is right next door to Lou Mitchell’s which does an amazing breakfast. The apartment is very well equipped and spacious.
Fantastic location. You can walk to quite a few attractions, otherwise different bus/metro/L-train are all around the place. Also pretty straightfoward to / from airport and Chicago Union station.

Toilet separate from shower room, big mirror, big sink area with another mirror - all very convenient. Super clean. Nice, free breakfast! Felt safe - you have to key-card yourself in everywhere. Excellent value for money.

While it has the hallmarks of a old hotel it does not feel run down, the room was very clean And the water pressure was good. I would absolutely stay there again.
