This is a new building. Very well kept both inside and out. Bonus - free use of laundry facilities. Attractively decorated. Generous sized dog walk area. Pool, loungers, shelter with table & chairs as well as barbecue facilities. Although on the busy Miracle Parkway it is almost directly across from the Lisa Jackson waterside Park. Traffic is an un-Godly nightmare, so you are good to go if you do not leave your resort. If you do leave, for any reason, plan on bumper-to-bumper traffic that crawls along at 3 MPH. McGuire's in Destin is fantastic. AJ's in Ft. Walton Beach has fab crabcakes.

We love Fort Walton Beach it is beautiful! It has everything you could want close by great food and activities for the whole family. We really enjoyed the fresh seafood at Stewby's Seafood Shanty and pizza at Lost Pizza. And if you would rather eat in your condo there is a Publix Supermarket really close.

We love Fort Walton Beach but the Wyndham hotel we stayed at...
We love Fort Walton Beach but the Wyndham hotel we stayed at was terrible. Water pressure went on and off. Restaurant/bar was only open 4-9pm. The bar out by the pool was closed. Only good thing was the beds were comfortable. Pool area needed a good cleaning. A few of the ladies at the front desk had no information about their hotel or area. Told us to Google it. Never stay there again.

The place is beautiful.
The place is beautiful. Even though we didn't get the room we booked the staff accommodated us. We were very happy with the arrangements they made for us. The sad part is that almost all the bars and lounges were closed due to the season. I want to give a great huge shout out to Terrence for going above and beyond to help us with the room confusion and also to the manager that straightened up everything for us. We are definitely coming back again.

One of the nicest beaches in the world.
One of the nicest beaches in the world. The sand is white, powdery, and goes on for miles. It makes for the perfect spot to go on a long beach walk or run at sunset or late evening.
There are tons of great restaurant food options nearby and even more inland just a few minutes drive away. Publix and other shops are nearby as well, so you feel like you have it all at your fingertips.

The Fort Walton Beach area is perfect for relaxation. The beaches are amazing soft sand, and clear water. The beaches are very clean ocean current flags are always visible. I also like that the life guards are always riding around. All the people are friendly helpful. All in all it is a great place to take your family for a vacation

The location is outstanding. There is easy access to the beach from the pool area. The bed were confortable and plenty of space for my family. We had a family of 4 and had more room than we really needed. Parking was close to the unit and access to thw unit was good. Overall it was a great price for a pretty nice place with a pool, easy access to the beach, a great location and a decent view. I would definitely stay again.
The Island was very clean, the rooms were nice. The beach and pools were awesome! It was everything it claimed to be. The bar on the beach was very nice. Close to Publix and Walmart so we were able to keep food in our room so we didn't have to eat out every meal. Walking distance to Boardwalk with cute shops and several nice restaurants and coffee shops.
The location!!! I picked this hotel for the location and value. I was very happy in that regard! We walked out our hotel, down the pier, and we were right on the beach. The beach was beautiful! We were also very close to a lot of attractions! I was also very happy with the size of our room. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4.
I like my nice comfortable bed,and the roman shades,and walk-in shower. I also like that floors are tile,and the multiuse containers of soap,body lotion,shampoo and conditioner mounted on the wall. Storage areas on wall and under the bed. I would choose your hotel again.
It's a cheapish hotel on the island. The staff was somewhat helpful, and the room was clean. The location to other island venues was convenient. I was able to find parking easily enough for my rental car witch was nice during Spring Break traffic.
Most of the staff was friendly. You were given 2 chairs and an umbrella everyday of your stay to use on the beach. Other hotels charge up to $50 a day for that. The tv channel selection was good. The view from the tiny balcony was good.
The location was directly in front of the beach, which was why I was going there. The balcony faced the beach and it was magnificent. Every morning they had beach chairs and umbrellas ready for visitors.
The room was clean, the housekeeper came everyday. Breakfast was fresh and amazing each day. The pool area was perfect. I will be going back next month hopefully the same staff is there.
It was in a perfect location, beachfront and walking distance to all the entertainment!! The breakfast omelette at the outside grill area was delicious. Love the DJ at the poolside
