the design, decor, room, view, location, staff - absolutely everything - we stayed there twice in the past month for 4 days and then 6 days a few days later - they upgraded us for the second stay - the cafe chelsea where we had breakfast every day (running a salon most days) was wonderful, the bar was great, the service and the staff amazing, as I've already said - the best hotel I've ever stayed at bouncing the Galle Face Hotel in Colombo to number 2

Lovely small hotel right on Times Square. The staff are very friendly and helpful The rooms are clean and are cleaned daily with fresh towels & water for the room. A nice light continental breakfast, fruit, juice, cereal, bagel and tea/coffee. Great location for shows & shopping. Would definitely recommend.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and when I asked for something, they were quick to respond.
I had to leave my key with them every time I went out, but I guess many people remember the room numbers of guests and their room numbers, so when I came back from outing and went to the reception, I found my key right away.
