I stayed here all the time and love this hotel. Unfortunately, they put me in a room so far away from the elevators that I kept getting lost. I never want to stay so far away from the elevators again. It was too much. Also, because of the inconvenience the front desk, very sweet Receptionist* wanted to Comp me for the caramel corn I ate, but it was on my bill. It’s not a big deal except she made an exception that was very kind because of the bedroom.

S.F. Has become unbearable. It is a cesspool. Literally a cesspool! It is fouled beyond belief. If you have nostalgic feelings of S.F. from your childhood my advice to you is to NEVER return! Unless you savor the aroma of fresh and stake human waste your cherished childhood memories will be forever tarnished should you decide to risk your own life to venture back to that God foresaken place!

Great. Go there for nice fotos of the city, the bay , Alcatraz, the seals and their noice. If you accept restaurants with "special prices" sometimes called something else , then go for it ( or not).

The location was great! 20 min walk to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. Breakfast was simple, but good, particularly for the price I paid. Staff were very helpful, everything was clean and they had coffee available at all times. Great stay.
I absolutely loved the location in Chinatown—super convenient for grabbing delicious meals just steps away from the inn! Every bite was a treat. The elevator was quick, which was a relief after long days of exploring the city. Plus, the balcony had amazing views; I could see the Oakland Bridge lit up at night, which was such a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a cup of tea! Oh, and it's a short mile walk to Pier 39 too. Really central location.
The location was wonderful. It is near restaurants and shopping as well as Pier 39. Chinatown is within easy walking distance as is North Beach. The staff was very accommodating. Loved the fire-pits in the courtyard.
The hotel was great. The breakfast was really fantastic and was not a Continental breakfast like other hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to all of the places we planned to see. To get to the Golden Gate Bridge, we took the 28 bus that was a few feet from the hotel instead of taking an Uber to the bridge. We were able to walk 10 mins to Pier 39 to see the sea lions and get great food @ The Crab House food and ice cream @ Gelato. We truly enjoyed our stay at Riu and plan on trying the hotel international.
Property has parking and is only minutes from Fisherman’s wharf and Pier 39. Our room was spacious, clean and had a coffee maker with plenty of fixings.
For the money, our trip and stay at nob hill hotel was really good. Our rooms were really clean and modern, shower was great,bed really comfy and amazing pillows. Couldn't fault anything ,really good value for money. The hotel is close to cable car stops but we walked down to pier 39 ,which took us about 30 mins but we didn't rush. We liked the 24 hour reception and the tea/ coffee available at all times. Reception area very welcoming, lovely art work. Overall, a fabulous hotel , thank you
