We loved the friendly and happy design of the hotel and rooms; it was extravagant and gave a good feeling. Employees especially concierge have been very helpful and friendly. we loved the walking distance to central park in the morning and the live jazz evening in the hotel bar for evening. i was surprised about the silence in the rooms, especially since we have been so centrally located. We loved our terrace to sit in the mornings or evenings. we will be back again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are small, but clean. Bed is comfy. New white towels. AC, TV. Bathrooms are clean. Hallway floors are upgraded. Very convenient to Central Park and Lincoln Center. I felt very safe in the Y and neighbourhood. Very quiet. Cost was reasonable for New York. I stayed 2 nights. I would stay here again.
The Lobby is beautiful and the staff friendly and willing to help. The location directly next to Lincoln Center and only 5min walk from Central Park was perfect. There were also two subway stations within 5min walking distance (Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle).

Everyday was a treat. …one night returning to my hotel as I was paying my cab fare coming back from Lincoln Center, a gentleman opened the door and asked if he could have my cab, I said of course, it was Armand Arsanti…he was surprised I was so gracious. Then we chatted for a short minute and took a selfie together before he got in the cab.
