Nice staff, I went for my birthday and they allowed me to bring a few friends up, which was really nice of them. Of course they didn’t stay the night. It was just me and one of my girlfriends. But overall no complaints.

The proximity of restaurants and other convenient stores was positive. However, from a young receptionists who doesn'even smile to the old looking and dirty rooms were all trash.
The Post Office would bring my mails to the receptionist inly to be told that they didnt know anybody by name so they returned 3 packages back. This hotel doesn't qualify to be in the United States. So disappionting.

Queens has easy access to all the major attractions.Subway close, but badly designed for wheelchairs and prams.
Everyone we spoke to was exceptionally friendly, from help with our wheelchair,to advice and directions.
Lots of lovely places to eat.
Would happily recommend the area.

Why were there so many taxes. Is it just the Ramada Hotel?
Why were there so many taxes. Is it just the Ramada Hotel? Why is there a hotel tax and a room tax in addition to city and state taxes? I did not incurr hotel and room taxes a year ago at a Holiday Inn in Queens.

Queens is more modern and you have plenty of choices for food. I'm an Asian and the food in Queens are little bit different than Chinatown so really depends on the preference.
One thing I do notice are Queens has more Malls, big malls so is easy to shop for clothing. And also the hotel cost and parking are little bit cheaper than downtown. If you don't mind to take metro, Queens are good option.

There is a lot to do, many options to spend your day.
There is a lot to do, many options to spend your day. Hotels are close to the Airport- minutes away. However, everything is expensive, we came from spending a few days in Cleveland and everthing in Queens was more expensive, especially food.
Please note that we are not from New York so this could be a perfectly average hotel. It is located in what is described as the flushings area. You enter the hotel and immediately go down a narrow staircase. Difficult to do if you're carrying luggage. The reception person is behind what looks like bulletproof glass. The room was small and furnished with older furniture. But it was clean. The hotel is located right beside the subway so you hear a thundering noise about every minute. It is actually a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport.
One of the best budget hotels in NYC. The location is two stops from Central Park, in Long Island City—a very safe location with good Subway connections and multiple lines. Long Island City has many shops, cafes and even a classic Diner. All in walking distance from the hotel. The room has tea, coffee coffee-making place, microwave in the room. Special thanks to the hotel staff, which is very nice and welcoming. This was my second time here and I will stay here again.
James the driver on the free Hotel Shuttle bus was very polite and helpful at 8 AM Nov. 24th. Helped with the luggage and explained when arriving at Terminal-7 where to go. James and the shuttle bus driver from JFK to the Hotel Nov 23rd were the best part of the stay. Breakfast was actually awful. The bed was comfortable and the Room was clean, but the hotel needs a touch up. Too expensive given the condition
The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. All the room amenities were good. Due to the location of the hotel, there are no restaurants nearby where we could walk and have dinner. The area is not the best for walking, however we were able to order through U er eats and get food delivered.
The morning breakfast even though it was not a hot breakfast was very good.
.
Honestly? What really makes this place or the people who work at the hotel they are fantastic. It’s very inspiring to see people work so hard and be so committed and really love what they do. Property location could not be any better, and I would make the argument that they have one of the BEST pools. Service is impeccable at a time when everybody is struggling.
The location was great. You can get the hotel by the 7, N and R trains (Queensboro Plaza) and the E train (Queens Plaza and Court Sq) from the airport.
The staff was super helpful and the room had enough space and very cleaned.
I was a 1.5 mile away from Gantry Plaza State Park which is a great spot for walking, running and spending some spare time.
Amazing staff, lady on the reception Pretty are fantastic, she is the crown 👑 of this hotel, nothing to much for her, so helpful and polite, she is amazing, professional and knowledgeable about costumer relationship, simply the best:)thank you so much for organising taxi for us and preparing coffee for us!!!
Hopefully to see you again!!!
Great location near downtown Long Island City, Queens, with the E, M, 7, and G trains. The hostel is open 24 hours with friendly and efficient staff. The hostel has a nice ground floor cafe/bar, a rooftop bar with live music on the weekends, and a social area. Across the street is a pedestrian restaurant/bar complex.
The place is exactly what you need for a short stay in New York. The room is big enough for two but it is definitely not in the American style of hotel rooms, but rather a small and cozy room with a double bed. You can get coffee and tea at the reception at any time and the staff is always happy to help out.
The receptionist was friendly, hotel located between Train E, F and Train 7, so it was convenience to Manhattan or Flushing. My room faced highway, the view was good. You could hear sounds but not noisy. The room was clean and adequate. Free breakfast only from 6:30am to 9:00am, so watch out you may miss.
I did not stay at the hotel because it was filthy and dirty I attempted to find booking.com telephone ☎️ number to no avail.can find customer service telephone ☎️ it would be helpful and greatly appreciated. Or please have someone call me at 13016934450 thanks urgent I need the refund please
The advertisement on booking.com and hotel website are completely incorrect. I have never been disappointed with booking.com and use this third party booking regularly but this was an example of complete disregard for accuracy and sincerity of what is advertised vs reality.
The best thing is that Flushing Meadows Park ist only 5 min away (Subway 7). This Subway takes you also directtly to Manhattan, so you arrive the center of NYC within 30 min and Hudson Yards 40 min.
Hotel is ok, clean. Nice little roof bar on the top with a beautiful view!
Great downtown Long Island City, Queens location near the E/M/R trains, and not far from the N/W/7/F/G trains. It's open 24/7, with helpful staff who provide a towel and linen. It's a decent hostel. I stayed in a 4-person room, which had two bunk beds.
Everything was new and super clean, had a microwave in the room which is so helpful. Staff were helpful but respected privacy. Amazing little hotel in Long Island City close to a lot of good food. I had a very comfortable stay
Our flight was cancelled. Booked this as the first available hotel on Booking.com. I had no expectations but was very pleased. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate.
Breakfast options were very good. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would for sure recomend this hotel for short stay in between flights.
