Location is wonderful. Right on Michigan avenue. About 1.5miles walk towards starting lines at the Grant Park if you are about to stay for Chicago Marathon, so safe to walk there early morning.

Loved the ease of check in, the location to Grant Park, the view was good (side on to the Park not front on so 2nd best view i guess!), the 7th floor spa area was light and quiet for relaxing. We used buses from opposite the hotel and a hand supermarket next door. The bed was the comfiest ever and I am a fussy sleeper! The best location for the Chicago Marathon!!

Location was very nice. Is located right accross Michigan Ave from Grant Park. Easy access to Many downton attraction. I have a mobility impairments and the roll-in shower/bathroom set up was perfect for my needs. Bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly/courteous and very helpful.

This was my third stay at the Congress Plaza Hotel for Lollapalooza, chosen for its combo of location and price. This is an old hotel that has been updated in some areas and not in others. In its day, it was probably glamorous but 2023 is not its day. Still, the hotel works and has a central location to Grant Park.

The only positives were the fact that everything downtown / grant park area was within walking distance and the free breakfast was decent.

The location was fabulous, overlooking Grant Park, with views of the lake. The facilities in the studio apartment were great, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble drier. Plenty of storage space, including in the bathroom. It’s a nice touch that there’s coffee available In reception in the mornings. It was a lovely place to stay while we visited for the Blues Festival. The pool area is gorgeous, with sun beds and sofas. Shops and restaurants nearby. Bus stop outside.

Great location for a tourist. The Big Bus stop is right outside the hotel. Grant Park opposite the hotel.
