I only stayed one night, but I really enjoyed my stay.
The location was perfect. I was able to walk anywhere I wanted to go in less than a mile.If you are going to see a show at the Belk theather it is like 300 feet away.
My room was clean and comfortable. The shower was nice and large.
I only interacted with a few on the staff members, but each one was friendly.

I live in a Charlotte however uptown is a wonderful place for a Staycation I go uptown get a hotel park my car and enjoy uptown restaurants etc on foot for the weekend. Love doing this have been doing it for years when I don’t have time to to put of town and want a quick getaway

I love Charlotte the uptown area is very exciting to be in, there are many things going on, the night life is incredible the traffic gets thick if there an event going on, but it's worth every bit of your stay and travel. It's a beautiful city. 😍

I was stranded by American Airlines at CLT for 3 days. I was told that AA is notorious for this, so keep it in mind if you are thinking about flying into or out of CLT. AA groundstaff very rude and unhelpful. Food options at airport pretty good.

Not for families at all!!! Nothing but half naked and drunk college students. Food is also horrible I because they have to cater to young adults who want to eat fast food in a more dine in environment.

We had a perfect location in Pineville up the street from main street, near the mall and banking, and also close to a creek with walking paths.
If you need a grocery store you'll find Food Lion within walking distance & Walgreen one block away. For dining there's Applebee's, Olive Garden, Shake Shake Seafood (a favorite for us), as well as various fast food restaurants.

We were pleasantly surprised to find out that not only was there free breakfast but dinner and drinks as well! Our rooms were connected by a door and that was also unexpected but really appreciated! The hotel was clean and had plenty of parking. We loved our stay. Only bad thing it was only for one night!
I thought the experience was very good at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and I was the only person in my suite, so it was like a private hotel experience. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. I have had problems at hostels before but was impressed by this experience. Very close to the airport, but no shuttle.
The hotel was relatively easy to find from the Charlotte airport. It was a bit confusing about the shuttle, online they said they had it, in person they said they didn’t (covid). We had a rental car so it didn’t really matter.
My partner and I needed a last minute hotel for the night within proximity to the airport and this hotel fit the bill. Convenient location; friendly, welcoming staff; comfortable and clean.
Decent location. We were able to find a strip mall & restaurants across the street. We planned to venture off to Uptown Charlotte which was about 15-20 mins away from hotel.
