Set in the heart of Uptown Charlotte, this Kimpton hotel offers crafted cocktails and shareable bar snacks at Merchant & Trade, a Modern-style rooftop bar 19 levels above Romare Bearden Park. very nice , clean, smelled nice, room was nice and clean and comfortable. staff was always courteous and professional.

This Charlotte hotel is adjacent to the Time Warner Cable Arena and 2 minutes' walk from the Bank of American Stadium. The rooms were spacious, kitchen facility in the suite was good. Beds were very comfy with a choice of pillows. The lobby area smelled very welcoming and the staff very lovely. Parking was easy but one has to reserve. Breakfast came with a variety of options and was good. The proximity to the stadium makes it perfect to watch a baseball game.

Omni Charlotte Hotel envelopes you in ultimate comfort with a signature touch of genuine North Carolina hospitality. The staff were amazing We had booked a deluxe executive twin queen with lounge access on the 14th, the room was very good, however we were given a room with an office block opposite on the 14th floor, a bit of a disappointing view. I asked the receptionist if we could possibly have a room with a better view as we were there for 5 nights, the receptionist obliged and what a room he gave us… and what a view, the room was fantastic anyway, but to wake up or come back to the city skyline really made our holiday. Thank you all Omni staff, all went over and above 😀 I also have to mention the 14th floor lounge, what a great touch… made us feel like royalty
