The staff are super friendly a d very accomodating. They keep changing my towels everyday and cleaned my room daily. Hotel is good. Bed was very comfortable and we requested additional, firmer, pillows which were provided. Room service was great and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Conveniently located next to a small supermarket (at the bottom of The Mall) which is open until 10PM. Bathroom is large. WiFi is free and worked well making it easy to plan activities and travel.
