We commend the staff for their unwavering positivity and helpful attitude throughout our stay especially the car valet people. While the staff's positive demeanor was a silver lining in an otherwise disruptive stay, the overwhelming noise from the nearby construction and the subpar amenities detracted significantly from our experience. The management has not advised or informed in advance of this which would have made us reconsider our stay.

Cosy, cute, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Staff was warm, helpful and accommodating. They were super kind to allow us an early check-in (after our red eye flight). The location is a close walking distance to many of the city's key attractions, and the breakfast served was very good.

Lets start with the fact that it's the perfect value price-quality ratio hotel. It's an economic, extremely safe city gem, situated in the heart of Izmir, in Konak, just a throw away from the KulturPark, 7-10 min walking to Basmane Metro station and also walking distance to the Waterfront with cafes, restaurants and museums and even ancient town Smyrna ruins. Rooms are basic but spotless clean, spacious and big sized, beds and pillows are super comfortable.
The most incredible part is the host, Cemal Bey - a warmhearted, hard working and great company for any conversation. He was available 24/7 to serve us from ordering best food for us to recommending what to see and where to go and most importantly, keeping and assisting with the park space. I can't wait to go back even just to meet the amazing hosts again.

This was pure serendipity. The location was perfect - one stepped out directly into the bustling bazaar. It is close to the Agora, Konak Square and 16 minutes from the regional station for the trip to Selcuk (Ephesus).
The room was well appointed and serviced daily - clean towels.
Breakfasts were remarkable. With something to satisfy all.
The restaurant in the quad is bustling with live music in the afternoons and evenings.

Shoutout to the staff at the reception in the evening (apologies for missing the name) who gave me a good idea of how to go about visiting Ephesus, Şirince and Selcuk on my own.
We stayed in this hotel just for a few hours but we felt the hospitality of the staff. Even though most of them don't speak English but they tried their best to make us feel comfortable. They even helped us with our luggages and commmunicating with our trasport pick-up who only speak Turkish. The location is very near Agora oren yeri which is one of the spots we wanted to visit. Konak Square is also walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast is just basic but OK.
The hotel is just a stone throw away from Basmane train station..it is walkable distance from konak square and clock tower....they provide good buffet breakfast...overall we had a pleasant stay
The location is good. There is a subway and tram line nearby, so you can quickly get anywhere. The famous Konak Square is a 20-minute walk from the hotel.

The location is #1 reason for staying in this hotel. It's right smack in the middle of Alsancak and Konak Square, which for me are the 2 main interesting areas in Izmir. The hotel room and facilities were also up to standard - nothing to complain in that regard.
- Good location, walking distance to the centre and the main spots in 15-20 mins, such as the Kemeralti bazaar, Konak Square, Basmane train station (for trips to Ephesus and Sirince) and the Alsancak district (nice modern district with many restaurants and bar options).
- The breakfast was alright for me, albeit I can imagine it can be slightly disappointing for some.
The rooms look even better than shown in the pictures. It was an amazing hotel with clean and perfect rooms. The washrooms and shower were so good. The staff of the hotel was really nice and helpful. As for the location, it’s close to almost every one of Izmir’s landmarks. You can walk to Alsancak, kardonboyu, Kemaralti market, Konak Square, etc. 10/10 for me in every aspect.
