As soon as we arrived we got the room keys, even though it was before check in time. The room that we got was spacious. The buffet choices for lunch and dinner were good and pool bar service was top notch. The whole hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff was really nice and helpful.

The rooms are more comfortable than many 5-star hotel rooms. Cleanliness is impeccable. The hotel is in the most beautiful location of Alanya. The view from my balcony was amazing. Absolutely everything! The hotel is so clean and modern. The room is huge, air conditioning is perfect, shower is amazing, the kitchen area is fantastic. The swimming pool is huge and refreshing. Also the staff are very friendly. The location is perfect as only a few mins from Kleopatra Beach and cable cars.
The best hotel we've could have chosen. I felt like home for a whole week.
Everything was great - it was clean, quiet, very modern, the staff was very polite, it is close to Kleopatra Beach and main street.
It also has a pool - a very clean one.
Bonus: the breakfast was simply amazing!

Very good location, close to Kleopatra beach. A very big apartment, modern facility. You can use the gym, swimming pool, ping pong. The host Mustafa was very helpful.

I enjoyed the location being close to the town and a short walk to Kleopatra Beach. The Half Board accommodation was ideal and it is not that common for budget to mid range hotels in Turkey as a whole. The buffet (breakfast and evening) meals were of a good standard, varied and plentiful. The hotel has a good swimming pool and onsite Spa and overall good value for money.
Everyone is very kind from the staff, the cooks, the guy from reception, the maids in the kitchen. Those two ladies are always smiling and do a great job. Salute to the bartender who pours the best beer and Pepsi.
The meals were varied. There were many bad comments about the food, but we were positively surprised because the menu was more than excellent.
Excellent place and location, if you don't mind the mosque. Kleopatra Beach is close, as is the city center. We would like to visit the hotel again only with a different view.

Overall, I liked my stay at the Sunway Hotel, and would come back again! So I definitely recommend!
Really friendly and flexible staff, allowed to stay more for the extra fee with short notice, which was so sweet from their side. Overall hotel is worth its money, so recommend staying here since the Kleopatra beach is so close.
