Everything was Perfect : wonderful buffet for every meals, the pier is probably the most gorgeous I have ever seen, the hospitality of the team is very Nice and all the proposed activities are very good (from Yoga to artistic ones). We came just for one night and we were very warmly welcomed.

The hotel was absolutely incredible. Every detail made our stay amazing. The food was delicious and plentiful, there were lots of drinks and the beach area/pool area were perfect for relaxing!! The staff went out of their way to make us feel special especially Yana! We enjoyed the activities and the music nights as well as the spa area. There is so much to like about this hotel. Exceptional service. Attention to detail. Delicious food with an abundance of variety. Yana in quest relations gets to know her guests and is always there to help you. Dogan was our evening waiter and looked after us exceptionally well. Yunus in the beach bar also looked after us exceptionally well. The lovely lady on 5th floor that cleaned our room did a fabulous job. All staff are willing to help and look after you. Everyone from reception, restaurant, pool, and bars work extremely hard to ensure you enjoy your stay. Steam, sauna, and salt room are excellent. Plenty of things to you keep you occupied. Games room, table tennis, crafting etc. Live entertainment at the beach bar was really good. Cabanas are really nice and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Well done to all the team for a memorable stay.

The hotel was clean with great facilities which included free access to the spa, sauna and steam rooms. Food is almost always available between the hours of 07:00 and 03:00 (not including room service which I think might be 24/7). There's a market close by where you can shop for clothes, food, and souvenirs as well as a night club and small hookah lounge, however, you could quite easily stay within the hotel grounds which is what we did for most of our stay. There was no shortage of sunbeds either by the pool or at the beach as the hotel has it's own dedicated beds (also nicer than any of the neighbouring hotels') which are guarded by security. My partner and I are both strict vegans and despite the fact that veganism seemed quite new to many of the staff they did everything they could to ensure that we were catered for.
