It's an economic, extremely safe city gem, situated in the heart of Izmir, in Konak, just a throw away from the KulturPark, 7-10 min walking to Basmane Metro station and also walking distance to the Waterfront with cafes, restaurants and museums and even ancient town Smyrna ruins. Rooms are basic but spotless clean, spacious and big sized, beds and pillows are super comfortable.
The most incredible part is the host, Cemal Bey - a warmhearted, hard working and great company for any conversation. He was available 24/7 to serve us from ordering best food for us to recommending what to see and where to go and most importantly, keeping and assisting with the park space. I can't wait to go back even just to meet the amazing hosts again.

The hotel is well located and offers all essential facilities. It is near shopping areas and access to seafront is quite easy. My son and myself enjoyed our stay and would recommend same to friends and relatives. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
