Location excellent for main attractions. Staff very friendly and courteous. Room sufficiently large enough plus the double bed was well furnished with mini bar. Good views over the river. The pool was well maintained but we did not get time to use it or eat at the location as we had trips booked. I bought the cotton dressing gowns excellent quality and low priced compared to the UK.

The building is new and modern. The rooms are great. The view from the top floor incredible.
Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful and helped organise a surprise birthday party for my wife that was a complete success!

The property offered an excellent value for money. Its location can not be better - 10 minutes walk to the National Theatre, Old Siam Plaza and the Sam Yot metro station. 15/20 minutes walk to The Grand palace, Thai National museum and Wat Pho. 20 minute walk to Khao San.

Hotel located in the city centre with easy access to most turistic places as Royal Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, Khao San Market etc. Nice, clean spacious room with all you need. Small swimming pool on 5th floor.
The accomodation is brand new. The room is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The location is perfect; right next to the Chinatown, where I can easily get all varieties of foods (the famous Yaowarat Road is just a hop and skip away). A MRT station is a block away, bus stops are at the doorstep. I can even walk to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, the National Museum, Ratchawong Boat Pier. But above all, the staffs are super nice and go above and beyond their duty to help. I had a fantastic stay at the Pipp Residence.
We liked everything and we'll come back ! The location by the river, near the Palace and Wat Arun, Wat Pho and Wat Prah Kheo. The food is very very good. Thank you !
Staff were very helpful and the hotel is right next to big sights like Wat Pho, the Royal Palace, the river, and Wat Arun is right across the river. There are a lot of restaurants near by. Easy to get tuk-tuks, taxis, and grabs here.
