The staff at the restaurant on the 1st floor were exceptional.
Every mornings we experienced the warm Thai hospitality. They had a lovely list of vegan Thai and continental options made to order. The chef was fabulous. And the hostesses were constantly on the move and checking on you even if it would get busy. Such a lovely start to the morning was quite refreshing.
The infinity pool on the roof top was pleasant during the quite hours. Beautiful view and ambiance.
Though I travelled with my mum. We also did observe that the hotel was kid friendly and people from all ages stayed there.
It's worth a stay there to experience the modern yland traditional sides of Thai culture. The Lao Khao event happening for an hour in the evening introduced us to their local drink, which is very strong to be honest, but we loved it.

Room was sportess clean! The best cleaning cervices I've enjoyed in a 5star hotel. Room was spacious with a nice view and great lighting if wanted and excellent shades if needed. Drinking water was provided abundantly. Bathroom was big and shower was amazing!
The pool was not to miss. Okura has one of the most enjoyable pools with a nice view and good services.
Breakfast was perfect with everything you could want. Loby was nice to enjoy with a nice rooftop.
Location is great. Right next to a BTS and within a walking distance from many malls.
