Location excellent for main attractions. Staff very friendly and courteous. Room sufficiently large enough plus the double bed was well furnished with mini bar. Good views over the river. The pool was well maintained but we did not get time to use it or eat at the location as we had trips booked. I bought the cotton dressing gowns excellent quality and low priced compared to the UK.

The pool was nice with good views of Bangkok and the Grand palace. The room was nice but very small for the price you pay. Nice shower and bathroom. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful to us.
Friendly staff, breakfast limited but good enough for a good start for most travellers I would say. Location about 15 minutes walk from Khaosan market and about 30 minutes walk from the Grand Palace. If you are looking for a good diner spot, walk into the direction of the Khaosan market. Other directions hardly any good places to eat.
A hidden location in downtown Bangkok. The perfect location to start exploring the city. Grand palace, wat Arun and wat pro are really nearby also Khao San Road and be reached by a small walking tour. The pool was great and also the food in the restaurant was excellent. Don't forget to take a nice cocktail.
The staff is welcoming and helpful. They have fast response from the booking message app. The place allows early checkin if the room is available. Location was great for few days, although walking distance to grand palace could be harsh due to the heat I would recommend taking a Grab instead (25 mins). They helped me out coordinating my airport taxi as well
