Great staff, fantastic hotel and the location was great, close to all the main shopping malls in Orchard street.
The staff were very friendly and the hospitality was outstanding. We arrived earlier than the check-in time window but they checked us in without any extra charges or delays as our room was available and ready.

It was a great location and easily accessible to main tourist attractions such the Marina Bay, Clarke & Boat Quay, Lau Pa Sat Hawker centre etc. The staff were all very polite and friendly and also offered helped without the need to ask. We had access to the executive lounge and it was a nice touch to have canapés & drinks in the evenings. Over good experience.
