This hotel has probably the best location in town, in front of Marina bay and the convention center with multilevel shopping areas, luxurious atmosphere and almost everything one can imagine. Amazing design and facilities in the hotel. The room was outstanding and the stuff very helpful. Just another point on the list of amazing things is the observation roof deck and rooftop bar, immediate vicinity of the Gardens by the Bay, and and and.. Overall amazing experience.

Great staff, fantastic hotel and the location was great, close to all the main shopping malls in Orchard street.
The staff were very friendly and the hospitality was outstanding. We arrived earlier than the check-in time window but they checked us in without any extra charges or delays as our room was available and ready.

Our room was well suited to 3 people, there was plenty of room to move around and cope with 3 suitcases. A beautiful private bathroom with walk-in shower and a full bath, as well as mini bar was welcome. The beds were very comfortable. We were escorted to our room by reception staff. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great, big shopping centre next door and across the road. Views to Marina Bay Sands, the gardens and city. The hotel has recently been upgraded and refurbished and it is really beautiful with lots of dining choices.
