I like the female staffs. Very helpful. The hotel is clean and refills drinking water and changes bed sheets, towels everyday. Very good. No insects, good hot shower water. Will come back again.

Conveniently located in the city close to everything including two metro lines, citylink to Esplanade, shopping market next door and walking distances to main tourist areas eg Bras Bashah, Bugis Street, Chinatown, Sands, Merlion and Singapore Flyer etc.
The food at The Beach restaurant was very good with both Western and Asian offerings - and prices were reasonable in comparison to restaurants in local Clementi Mall. The free shuttle bus to the local shops and MRT was great. It will be a preferred location for me next time we come to Singapore.

Great location, with three malls surrounding the hotel as well as the Novena MRT station underground which made it very convenient to visit attractions and travel around the city.

The apartment, though small, was very comfortable for a short visit to Singapore. The location was perfect, and we could walk to almost every place we wanted to visit. The small kitchen was well-equipped enough to make breakfast and simple dishes. The street itself was great, with a nice taco place and a nice cafe right next to the hotel. Last but not least, the staff was amazing and helpful. Shannen and Jarwin made sure everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly and that we had a wonderful time.
Albert Court at Albert Street has been our preferred hotel when in Singapore mostly because of it's centralised location. Staff is always courteous and very helpful. We were given a room nearer the lift landing as requested. The room was a tad small and dated, (but we like colonial!) but clean and cosy, and sufficed for our stay as we were mostly out and about Singapore. We had a nice overall experience and will certainly return to this hotel on our next visit.
Great location right next to Chinatown and all forms of public transport. Excellent staff and facilities. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good value for money with plenty of choices. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel for accomodation in Singapore.
Short stay in Singapore. good location to be if not wanting to go into the city. Surrounding area in airport has all you could want while waiting for next days flight.. Hotel has renovations since last stay., foyer area , new restaurant , did not try but looks better use of area than before. Room very comfortable, love the bed especially after a long flight.
I have walked past Ann Siang House so many times and thought I should try it. As a frequent traveler to Singapore it was truly worth the try. Staff were amazing. Hotel is amazing and incredibly convenient for me. I did not get a chance to attend the free flow drinks but will definitely do this next time. The room was a great size and really comfortable. All in all a great experince.
From arriving at the hotel and checking in, the service from all of the staff was professional and friendly. The room was exactly as seen on booking.com and was very comfortable. The facilities were great and the location was right next to the Kampong Glam area of Singapore which offers a fantastic variety of eateries and bars in a chilled out setting. A short walk from Raffles Hotel and Grab taxis easily available for a ride over to Marina Bay. Would book again.
