Great staff, fantastic hotel and the location was great, close to all the main shopping malls in Orchard street.
The staff were very friendly and the hospitality was outstanding. We arrived earlier than the check-in time window but they checked us in without any extra charges or delays as our room was available and ready.

Our room was well suited to 3 people, there was plenty of room to move around and cope with 3 suitcases. A beautiful private bathroom with walk-in shower and a full bath, as well as mini bar was welcome. The beds were very comfortable. We were escorted to our room by reception staff. All of the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great, big shopping centre next door and across the road. Views to Marina Bay Sands, the gardens and city. The hotel has recently been upgraded and refurbished and it is really beautiful with lots of dining choices.

The location is great, especially if you’re on a budget. I wasn’t expecting much since it seemed to be one of the cheaper options in the area, but I was only staying for one night stopover, so booked it. I was pleasantly surprised at the room & amenities provided. The location is good too. There is a 7/11 right next door & another convenience store across the street, as well as a couple of cafes. It was approximately a (leisurely) 30 minute walk to Gardens by the Bay & maybe 10 minutes to Chinatown
Good location to access Gardens by the Bay via MRT (few mins walk) or Grab, Cuppage Rd for food, handy 7-eleven, and a supermarket just beyond. For Singapore reasonable value. Helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast choices. Restaurant good value (kids ate free). Kids loved roof top pool, parents liked running machines in the gym! Recommend for families!
We had a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located quite near a metro station, giving fairly easy access to the Gardens by the Bay. The room was clean and well appointed (good facilities including USB charging points in the 13A sockets).
The hotel is in a great central position, handy to Fort Canning and gardens, Orchard road, Raffles for the Singapore Sling and within walking distance to the Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay, we walked everywhere..
The hotel was very clean and very well presented, staff were friendly too.

Its very Central. You can walk to gardens by the bay and around Chinatown. Very close to metro station.
Internet works and there is easy PIN code to get into rooms.
The room was a lovely size. Not the best view of other hotels. The breakfast was great. All you could eat, not full English though, but toast, cereals, eggs, fruit. Very near the train station and bus stop which was needed as it’s 30 min walk to the Gardens By the Bay
The location is near shopping districts and restaurants and gardens by the bay. The breakfast at the hotel was ok, but it never changed throughout the whole week I was in; I did not like the scrambled eggs which some days were undercooked.
The room was amazing, it had an amazingly comfortable bed and bedding, spacious bathroom which had an amazing shower, bath and toilet. The staff were amazingly tentative and set the standard of assistance and customer service. The view of the Gardens by the bay was stunning. The fact that this hotel is right on top of a main MRT is amazing.
Budget room, value for money. Small room, with small single beds. A bit short for my Australian husband..however good access to the Singapore Gardens by the Bay by taxi. Not too expensive to catch taxi back to airport.

Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice at Maxwell Food Centre is a must. Chilli Crab, Steamed Crab, Pepper Crab, whole or pieces; always good. Satay: Beef, Mutton, Chicken and Pork, try them all; Sri Geylang Sate at Gardens by the Bay or any Satay vendor there.
