The location is very convenient, it is above Novena metro station, we used the metro throughout our stay and it was cheap and very pristine. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The concierge was extremely knowledgeable, providing lots of information and tips about places to see, places to eat, best times to visit places etc.
Our room was very comfortable, it had everything we could possibly want and it was larger than we'd expected, the view was great. We spent 6 nights and we would definitely stay there again.
