The staff made us feel like part of their family. So welcoming and helpful. We were very sad to leave. Great location and base for touring the area. Very comfortable and clean room with a view of the bridge and great breakfasts. A relaxing atmosphere.. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in.

I enjoyed the separate shower rooms and toilets. I loved the balcony in my room. I loved the leftovers shelf for people to access (didn't spot it till my last day when I left some things in the kitchen). Towels being provided.
