The location is great, right in the heart of the old city, walking distance to the park and BT Arena. The place is nicely decorated, it has all the appliances you need in the kitchen. It is quiet in the morning and during the day as well. There is a wonderful restaurant few steps away with a " secret garden" where we had a couple of meals; also, walking distance to all other places and patios in the centre.
Very good location, near to BT arena ( my point of interest) and the city center as well. Very clean with a comfortable bad, a spacious and very good doted bathroom, it was great for my short staying.
New, modern and stylish hotel, very clean and within 5 min walk to BT Arena and the Stadium. Rooms are big, cosy comfortable, with large windows.
There is also a small mall across the road (with a Starbucks, restaurants, a pharmacy, a supermarket, various shops etc).
Breakfast was very good, with lots of options, my dad really enjoyed it and he said coffee was great. :)

great location near the Stadium and BT Arena (7 min walking). It had a modern way of checking in - we received a text message with a link to fill in our personal data and after that we could do the check in, open the door, etc. However, a very nice lady came the moment we parked our car to offer us help (she lives next door and takes care of the property).
Flat is spacious and modern. It contains all the necessarily things for a great stay. Personell is really friendly and helps with all queries. In terms of location, it is a 10 mins drive to BT Arena and central park. Bonus point for the garage parking.
