The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Grounds are gorgeous. Pool was exceptional! Breakfast is a nice perk but honestly we loved the staff. Any questions asked was answered with “yes of course”

The hotel lobby was beautiful and our room equally so. LOVED the concept of the marble books throughout the bathroom area. Bed - amazing. Pillows - like a cloud (as Lara promised!) Breakfast buffet was far beyond the basic pastries at other hotels; and the ability to order scrambled eggs was a real treat. And the food was so fresh and beautifully presented. And your staff provided the best customer service we ever experienced. Lara was so professional, yet warm and engaging, taking the time to answer questions about Coimbra and give us a short history about the hotel itself. Ana Jesus was also lovely; quick to help however she could.

Good location for a family as quiet and just round the corner from a supermarket. For kids it was a little way away from the centre of Coimbra, although ideally located for Portugal dos Pequenitos (Portugal for the Little Ones) which our children could have spent all day at. Really good value for the money and served us well
The property is situated just across the bridge from Coimbra, boasting a wonderful view of the city. It's a mere 3-minute walk from Portugal dos Pequenitos and conveniently located next to a large car parking area
- Good hotel with kids as it had a mini park in the swimming pool area. So close for parents to keep an eye on them. There was also an other activities room for kids.
- The Breakfast was great and had a large variety of both savoury and sweet.
- Can walk on river front from hotel to city centre
- Had some discounts for sightseeing like "Portugal dos Pequenitos"
Location is good, quite close to almost everything. There are a lot of cafes nearby, so there was no problem with breakfast. A lot of free parking lots nearby, but during daytime can be occupied, because of proximity of Portugal dos Pequenitos.
