Definitely recommend a stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the location great and the rooms well equipped and of a very decent size. And if you have kids, they will very much enjoy the two kid's rooms the hotel has to offer. Will definitely stay again.

It helped me a lot that in otherwise very expensive Ustron there was this reasonably priced shared house with a very well equiped kitched and own bathrooms in rooms. It was in a quiet area, room had a balcony with 2 plastic chairs. It helped me that it was very close to the Diament hotel where I had my meeting.

The villa is conveniently situated near the Ustron Brzegi train stop, just about a kilometer away from the city center where you'll find restaurants. If you prefer, you can take a leisurely walk from the city center to reach the villa, or you can easily hail a taxi. The staff at the hotel are more than willing to assist you in arranging transportation, whether it's to the nearby mountains or for a pickup from the villa.
It's worth noting that while the staff may not speak English fluently, they are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet during our stay.

At the same time, short and interesting trips to nature or for fun are available, even to the Czech Republic. Hospitable and responsive host. Upon arrival, we found nice gifts for adults and children. Any small problems were resolved instantly.
Wonderful comfortable home, adapted to accommodate a large family. There are all living conditions and opportunities for recreation in the yard. If you have a car, then any shopping or entertainment is available within 15-20 minutes

The city is perfect for a short stay and breathing some fresh air. It's really easy to visit a nearby Wisła as well - buses leave every hour or two. It's really difficult to find a decent dining place. Everything's overpriced and the staff is generally rude everywhere you go. There's a wonderful wildlife sanctuary (Leśny Park Niespodzianek) placed on one of the hills of Ustroń - it's definitely a place worth visiting.

Ustron is nice, but there is a lot of construction right now. The traffic was oftentimes backed up because of lane closures. It was the perfect location for our trip itinerary, but too far from popular sites and attractions.
If you are looking for a stay with your family, this hotel will be great. There is outside playground, indoor playhouse, some small climbing facilities for kids, kids pool, animation, even playstation. For adults, spa, gym, sauna and even conference center. Great selection at breakfast. Parking is comfortable. please note that the hotel has 3 stars and 4 stars rooms depending on your budget. The 4 star room was comfortable. I cant judge the dinners as we only had breakfast.
The room we stayed in had an amazing view to the mountains and a very spacious balcony. The hotel is right next to a free range zoo, which is a great attraction for everyone.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable.
The more experienced staff are very nice and helpful (but again, this is a minority). The bathrooms are big and well prepared.
Apartment was very spacious, well equipped, clean with a very convenient location. We were very happy with this place. we enjoyed having two balconies and nice big kitchen. we also enjoyed having pool table in the social room in the basement . great place, I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to this area to stay there .
The suite was much larger than we expected, the breakfast was much richer than the photo indicated.
The pool, sauna, ping-pong, air-hockey, etc. were great.
We ordered dinner from the menu in the hotel restaurant and it was always excellent.
The views from the balconies were perfect too.
Excellent location right next to the Vistula river, you can go bathing literally in front of the side gate to the hotel. Great breakfast. Lots of shady parking spots. Good prices in the hotel bar. The staff was nice and got us a baby bathtub, which was very helpful.
I spent several holidays as a kid in Ustroń piramids 30 years ago so it was a trip down memory lane. Still a fan of their modernist bold external design.View towards Czantoria always awesome, though trees have grown so much over these decades.
Hotel is near the main city attractions, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, has a beautiful pool and spa area, rooms are very clean, have nice decor. Great breakfast. Staff is very polite and friendly.
