We stayed there just for the night and it was perfect. The house has its character with a lot of wood inside. The room was all we needed and the bed was really comfy despite a very soft mattress. It was funny as there was an unexpected one hour power cut in the whole neighbourhood and the owner did his best to make sure we have some candles and even gave us torches. All in all a very good experience. Highly recommended for a shorter stay and a great value for money.

Really friendly and helpful staff at the ski resort and a good selection of restaurants. Also very reasonably priced. Unfortunately a good number of the ski slopes were closed for no apparent reason meaning that skiing the same slopes became monotonous and meant that everyone was queuing for the same lifts so, long queues. The free ski bus is great but if you are in accommodation on the outskirts of Szczyrk the only way to get to the slopes is by car.

Great family friendly place with a lot of amenities for the little ones and the bigger ones. Not as packed with people like other places which I prefer. You ain't waiting in miles just to get somewhere. Great local people, very friendly and helpful. Lovely nature to enjoy and trekking routes. Prices I would say were normal not ballooned like in more popular cities.

Great remote place.
Great remote place. We stayed in a nicely reconstructed old house which was excellently equipped with everything we needed (in the kitchen etc.) The host and the housekeeper were very helpful. We were biking in the bike park, and the trails (or ski slopes) were just two minutes from the house. Just be very careful while driving from the main road to the house - the forest road is very bumpy, and it is easy to hit the undercarriage of the car if it is lower.

It is traffic jump to go to ski lifts in the morning and back to town in the evening. It took us to drive 8 km 30 min in the morning and 1h 20 min to drive back in the evening. We stayed between Christmas & New Year. It was a lot of people. Huge queues near the lifts: we should wait almost 20 min each time to enter the lift. Just 1 apre-ski restaurant which is crowded on lunch: first of all you should search for empty table (almost impossible to find), then wait for 40 min in queue to order the food (not tasty), then wait for 30 min your food is prepared. Terrible

Warm and bright room.
Some negative moment with the shared kitchen - it is not so comfortable when you travel with kids.
However kitchen has all stuff that are could be needed.
Sauna was ready by the requested time.
Mostly, I was satisfied on 90%.
Doesn't make any sense to describe some tiny details which would make me happy on 100%))

Szczyrk is a town in a valley surrounded by mountains. You have many options for hiking and also getting onto the summits by cableway. There are some really nice restaurants in the city. City center is really nice with the brook flowing through the city.
Very well located property, in the centre of Szczyrk. 50meters from the ski buss stop and nearby shops and supermarket.
There is plenty of restaurants around so there is no problem if you don’t want to cook.
The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows.
The landlord ( Ania) was very friendly and helpful
All perfect, staff is very responsive and friendly. An extra breakfast - huge portion of tasty local delicacies for more than fair price. Spa is small but fine for the skiers. Apartments clean and comfy, quite big. Main gondola in 6 min by car or 10 min by bus nearby, but smaller slopes center is much closer. Recommend
Everything is superlative: the rooms, the restaurant, the location. But especially the hosts who make you feel at home. A beautiful thought, the most beautiful possible, for Aleksandra who helped us as a sister in difficult times. We will gladly return to Szczyrk.
The location is perfect, very close to the Gondola lift. We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The staff was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The big plus of the hotel is the common kitchen, where you can easily cook something by yourself.
Nice host, very tasty traditional polish food in their own restaurant at a very reasonable price. Excellent value for money; pool table as well as a soft play room for kids. Very quiet as the place is located far away from the centre of Szczyrk.
