The location, room and staff were all exceptional. The buffet breakfast was great and quite a bonus - lots of choice each morning.
Also loved that they had a little play corner with toys to keep the kids entertained while downstairs having breakfast.

Very responsive staff and friendly, small shop to purchase drinks and snacks if not wanting to go out. Wonderful breakfast and restaurant for dining on site. Directly opposite Central Station light rail and train station for convenience behind light rail. Various churches and the European Solidarity Centre close by.
Would stay here again, but as I have mobility access needs would select the accessible room next time and make sure am closer to the lifts.
We loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect for Gdansk Old Town, The European Solidarity Centre and the WWII museum. Easy access from the airport to the hotel - a simple bus ride away. The Craft Brewery in the basement was the icing on the cake. Fabulous beer and food. Every encounter with staff was delightful. We will definitely visit again.
