The location of the hotel was extremely convenient - a short walk from the university and a short tramride from the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful; I had a problem with the room and they sorted it out immediately and efficiently. The breakfast buffet selection was very good. It was overall very good value for money and I would stay there again.

Despite requesting a room on an upper floor beforehand, we were assigned to the lowest floor upon arrival. The front desk staff did their best to accommodate us, which we appreciated.
