The personal service and attention is absolutely great. Despite the hotel not being the newest anymore, we really enjoyed our stay and the room came with all the necessary (incl. portable heater). Nice and cozy place to stay in Puno. The receptionists were really welcoming and the breakfast was great. It is within walking distance of the town centre and bus station. My room was comfortable and spacious and I organised a tour with the hotel (they offer many at a great price).

We had a modern and comfortable room with plenty of storage space. The manager is very accommodating and helped us organizing a kayak tour to the Uros. We could check in before the official time, as the room was already free.
It's a short walk from the city center, which didn't bother us at all. But it is closer to the bus station. As is often the case in Peru, breakfast is unfortunately not a highlight. But we would come back anytime. Price-performance ratio is very good.
Hot shower was one of the best in Peru. Very comfortable bed. Location is very good if you're arriving from Bolivia. It is ten minutes walk from the bus station. There is a claro sim card place and an ATM round the corner which makes your life easier if you've only just arrived in the country. Staff are very accommodating if you need to leave your luggage after checkout so you can go on a tour. Was able to arrange a tour to the Uros floating islands directly through them when I arrived late at night for early the next day.

Clean, spacious, well maintained room. Super friendly and hospitable staff at reception, especially Lupe who checked us in! Hotel is very close to main square and shops, so great location too. Good breakfast served on the top floor! Upon request, the hotel arranged to pick us up from Puno bus station too and the driver was extremely kind, friendly and patient with our bus delay and even helped us with bags. Arranged for same driver to also drop us off at Juliaca airport too, seamless and stress-free experience! Highly recommend.
Super friendly owner and good sized room also very clean. He made us a nice breakfast and called us a cab so we could get to the bus station in plenty of time. The hostel is only 2 blocks from the centre
The proprietor was very nice, and the location is such that you can walk from the hotel to the bus station or the pier. There are also a few places nearby where you can eat.
