The layout and facilities available were great, e.g places to cook, tea/coffee available in the building not just in your room, somewhere to study or use the computer, It had a really good vibe. I like the positivity of the place, and how fresh and colourful it looked. Staff were great and I was able to organise a late check-out, which I really appreciated. It was an easy walk into town from there, and the place is environmentally focused.

The Thermal Reserve was very interesting and unique.
The Thermal Reserve was very interesting and unique. Sadly, the reception we received before entering through the main gate into the reserve was very disappointing. It left us a little shocked by the way we were treated.
