Bed and pillow were comfortable, shower head options and pressure was nice, black out curtains worked well, and the view was lovely.

Got an upgrade to a great room with awesome view on Whakarewarewa. However very thin windows so could hear everything from the swimming pool area.

Shami and Dave made me feel very welcome in their home from the moment I arrived. They were always open for a chat and helpful with advice on things to do and see in Rotorua. I would like to thank them for having me as a guest over the course of my stay and for their warm hospitality.
The lodge itself is conveniently situated on the No. 12 bus line and within walking distance from Te Puia and Whakarewarewa. As a solo traveller without a car, I had no issues finding my way around by public transport.
Lovely view from balcony, very comfortable stay at Serentity views. Tania host of property, was responsive, good communication . Lovely gift on our arrival, which was nice as our hoilday was to celebrate our 30 year wedding anniversary. Good location close to many tourist Redwoods and Te Puia. Highly recomend.
The kids loved the warm pool and close proximity to Te Puia and the beds are super comfy. There is an onsite guest laundry too!
The buffet breakfast (not included in the hotel price) was really good and kids eat for free.
Really close to Te Puia centre. Very nice cabin in relaxing surroundings. Common area, bathroom, and kitchen clean and in good condition. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
Friendly helpful manager, clean comfortable bed, great having same bed upstairs, so we could all fit in one room . Great facilities including cooking if you want. Good free Wifi, close to town and Te Puia Geyser.
The location is great! Just south of the town, very close to Te Puia, for example. Short drive to government house. The room is large, and the spa tub is huge! Room is quiet, parking on site with very little walking. Overall great value for money. Staff very helpful and gave us restaurant suggestions.
The room had well equipped kitchen facilities, beautiful spa area and very comfortable beds. The staff were very nice and helpful, and it was really lovely place to stay. We felt comfortable and well looked after. The onsite laundry was much appreciated from us who undertook a number of activities in Rotorua. Wonderful base for your adventures in Rotorua. Easy and plentiful parking and close to Te Puia, the town centre, shopping centres and parks.
