Very tidy and well presented. The room was Large with a nice ensuite bathroom. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for our needs.

Room was lovely and roomy, very clean and the bed was really really comfortable, I loved all the different ambient lighting and the room had a good feel to it.
Breakfast was very good, though a bit expensive at $37 each there was a good selection of food, my only complaint is that the plates to put hot food on were cold and the dining area was chilly. The chef was great and he made my poached eggs to order and the staff were attentive and lovely.
We were happy to pay for nightly parking of $20.00 and got a parking place near the entrance to the hotel.

Awesome location - only a short walk to Newmarket shops and the train station. We had a balcony room with great views of the city and harbour. Plenty of room and the kitchenette was great too.
