For us the location was great as we wanted to visit the Sculptureum and Morris & James. Matakana Market was nice & local. There was a superb pizza place nearby for takeaway pizza.

Very comfortable, spacious, modern & private. It felt more like an apartment than a studio, with sitting area, kitchenette/dining. Easy walk to Omaha/eateries/Sculptureum etc and centrally located for Matakana area. A great base for exploring the area with pricing less "Auckland" than many local equivalents
Lovely peaceful property; spacious and comfortable room with wonderful bed and great en-suite. Outside seating with fantastic views, and some treats to eat when we arrived!
