Loved this place! It was an incredible experience. Staff were amazing especially Michelle! My daughter and I weren't quite sure what to expect but we had such a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic and the facilities, from hot jacuzzis looking out to the lake, to the beautiful rooms and dining room/restaurant. The view is amazing with gorgeous black swans swimming on the lake

Located on the waters edge of Lake Rotorua, 2 mins drive from airport, 10 mins drive to central city, 5 mins to Redwoods.
Very quiet and would definitely stay here again and recommend. Also has a sauna, jacuzzi and day spa but we didnt use.
Restaurant is on site and daughter had breakfast which was tasty and good price.
We really enjoyed the location of the hotel as it overlooked Lake Rotorua perfectly. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was located near a lot of places we went to e.g eat street
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Position was great just across the road from Lake Rotorua. Being out of the centre of Rotorua meant that Sulphur smells were almost none existent which was good. A good place for our jouneys around the local area.
Great location outside of Rotorua. The resort is away from the city's smell. There is nice surrounding at the channel between Lake Rotorua and Lake Rotoiti. The apartment is very well equipped. Friendly service.
The flat was large and clean, the bed very comfortable, and the spa bath delightful! It was very practical for a couple of days, as one can cook their own meals. It is quiet at night, and not too far from Lake Rotorua (about 30 minutes walk)! The staff are all very kind and welcoming, and allowed me to check-out an hour later with no extra charge.
The lodge is located directly at the shores of lake Rotorua at a quiet and lovely location. The owner Simon and his team are very friendly and helpfull and provide an excellent service.
A wonderful place to stay. The room was lovely with an outdoor terrace overlooking Lake Rotorua. Excellent breakfast and delightful hosts. Thoroughly recommend
