Excellent location to explore Geiranger. Really enjoyed the outdoor pool. Breakfast had a wide selection, room was spacious and comfortable.

The enviroment is ABSOLUTLY BEAUTIFULL, the location is fantastic, very charming decorated, restaurant, the bar , the lounge ,the entrance absolutly FANTASTIC!!! What can i say about the food, we had dinner and breakfast, the best meal ever for me!! Not just tasty but also how it was exposed....mammma mia... very nice the room with old foto - museum, where there were old foto with nice stories. I liked it very very much !!

It's an older hotel but grand; and an amazing location. I had one of the rooms with a view and I couldn't believe how beautiful the view was. The lobby was such a nice place to sit and have a tea or drink in and watch the cars and buses go by the hairpin turns. Watching the sun go down on the fjord was spectacular. The walk down and back to the village gave you fabulous views of the hotel looking back on my way down, and getting closer on my way back up. It's like an old Victorian (but don't think it's that old) kind of hotel; with a formal dining room which had a delicious dinner.

Awesome location with stunning views of fjord. Excellent breakfast available from hotel just up the hill. Rooms well-equipped and clean but simply furnished. Ian was very helpful and communicative before and during our visit and helped us book a table for dinner in nearby hotel and also knocked on our door to alert us to the aurora happening.
