We loved this little boutique hotel above the beautiful plant shop, the room was stunning with the prettiest double doors overlooking the square. Spacious room, comfortable bed, fridge and coffee machine, dining area and fabulous walk in shower. Perfect location. Sevarine was a super host and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again. Utrecht is a gorgeous place to explore and sit by the canals and watch the world go by, great for foodies too.

Fantastic location. Really enjoyed watching all the boats in the evening - river trips, rowers etc. Close to city centre but quiet in the evenings. Loved the facilities in the studio - easy to eat there in the evenings if you don’t fancy going out again. Great host - a few nice welcoming things there on arrival - wine, fruit, milk in the fridge etc. Really enjoyed my stay.

Reservation went smoothly and I like when parking is free and it was. After 22:00u you can't use the elevator in the parking lot to the main hall. My husband has a bad knee, so it was nice we could park on entrance level.
