Pool with a beautiful view, as on the pictures! Very kind staff that even stayed longer in the evening only so we could eat something (communicated via whatsapp with us) as we were the only ones in the hotel.

Rooms feel like an oasis, service is helpful and friendly and the location, with views onto the volcano as well as the crater lake are breath taking. Nice little restaurant on site made meals very easy and the staff was excellent. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful place to stay. The owner Daniel was incredibly helpful as well and made sure that we did not want for anything.
